Goetz's Marquee allows you to make buttons, scrolling text signs, titles, labels, etc. for your web page. With this Java Applet you can make buttons, scrolling text signs, titles, labels, etc. for your web page.

With mouseover events for changing the background color or image. In the download package is a small example of what can be made.

It works fine in Netscape, Internet Explorer and other web browsers. You can add a background image and mouseover image options.
